  • ASSISTED LIVING is for seniors who cannot live alone but do not require high level of care as in a Nursing Home.
  • TOTAL CARE with certain extent is for Seniors where there is no skilled nursing care is necessary as such as rehabilitation for a short/long period.
  • RESPITE CARE is for Seniors who want to give a short-term break for Caregivers and/or use the stay as a 'get-acquainted' period at Home Care before moving-in as Assited Living.
  • SENIOR DAY CARE is for Seniors who want to give relief and on-going support to Caregivers and stay at Home Care during the day.

Care-giving section of VILLA KARUNA Senior Care accomodates to the needy elders who are able to help themselves, but still need a bit of an outside help to make their living a comfortable one. The staff who provides care-giving services will extends their support and love to the needy seniours in any capacity they need.

WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?

  • Transportation

    The priority is given to people who need rides to medical appointments. A staff member will accompany clients to the doctors office or the hospital, stay until their appointment is finished and bring the client home. If there are any language barriers, our staff member will assist with interpretation, which will be kept confidential. Our transportation services can also be used for:

    • shopping
    • social visits
    • errands
    • banking


  • Meal Preparation

    This service is offered according to the client's request. The minimum time period is three hours, and clients are responsible for providing the cooking supplies.

  • Light house keeping/Laundry

    This services is offered on a regular or irregular basis as needed. It includes cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, washing clothes, folding laundry and ironing.

  • Care giving/Companionship

    Our staff will take seniors for a walk, chat with them, write letters, make a cup of coffee or assist them to be independent in their own home.

  • Personal Care

    Fully-trained personal support workers can come into the home and help with daily routines such as bathing, hair care, shaving, personal grooming and to ensure that medications are taken as scheduled.

  • Live-in-care

    Our live-in-caregivers can offer one-on-one care and companionship, assisting with general housekeeping tasks such as shopping, cleaning, laundry, bathing, cooking and help seniors get up or go to bed.
    Our services are affordable and give solutions for the elderly who prefer to live independently in their own homes.
